Peakhurst sits in south-west St George between Forest Road and Boundary Road, with Peakhurst Heights running down to the Georges River. From Earlwood it is a short drive south-west via Kingsgrove and Beverly Hills. Part of our St George service area.
Call 1300 111 007. Open 7am to 6pm, seven days.
Peakhurst was largely built in the 1960s: single-storey brick homes on generous blocks, big back yards and trees planted when the houses were new. Many originals have lately made way for two-storey duplexes, putting brand-new plumbing onto old street mains.
Most 1960s Peakhurst homes were connected with earthenware sewer pipe, and a big block means a long run from house to boundary. Every joint is a way in for roots, and after six decades of jacarandas and liquidambars growing overhead, most have let some in. We put a CCTV camera through the line, clear the roots with a high-pressure jet blaster and show you where the pipe is failing. If it is cracked, we reline it in place rather than trenching the lawn. Blocked drains →
Homes of this era were mostly plumbed in copper, which lasts well, not forever. Pinhole leaks in a hot water line under the slab or behind the kitchen wall are common once the pipe passes fifty. We locate the leak with acoustic, thermal and pressure testing before opening anything, then repair or reroute it. Burst and leaking pipes →
A four-bedroom Peakhurst house with two bathrooms works a storage hot water system hard. When it fails we size the replacement, gas, electric or heat pump, and handle the gas connection and compliance certificate. Hot water systems →
Homes on the hill toward the river cope with stormwater from the properties above, long sewer falls and deep pipes. Access is often steep. We are set up for it. Jet blasting →
Leaks found before we open anything. On a slab home we pinpoint the leak with acoustic, thermal and pressure testing first, then repair or reroute at a fixed price agreed upfront. Burst and leaking pipes →
A sewer backing up into the laundry, a burst copper pipe under the slab, no hot water, a gas smell at the meter. Call 1300 111 007, seven days. We will tell you how to shut off the water or gas if it is safe, give you an honest arrival time and quote the call-out fee before anyone is dispatched. Then a licensed plumber arrives with the parts to make the property safe and, in most cases, finish the job on the spot.
1300 111 007, after hours too.

You see the number, you say yes, then we get to work.
We charge for the work, not for turning up.
Always quoted upfront before we dispatch a plumber.

The duplex boom has changed Peakhurst. Where the new pairs are leased, we see the property manager call-outs that new builds bring: flexi hose bursts, cistern faults, hot water failures and the occasional defect surfacing after the builder has gone. We coordinate access with tenants, send a photo report with the invoice and know how duplex pairs share sewer and water.
The light industrial area around Boundary Road runs on trade waste, gas and hot water. We service workshops and small factories for blocked drains, gas fitting and compliance certificates around their operating hours, so a plumbing failure does not stop the day.

Nick started Pink Plumbing and still runs jobs himself. Emergencies and tricky old-terrace work usually land with him.

Drains and maintenance, always working under a licensed plumber.

Founded in 2017 by Nick, a Sydney plumber with nearly 20 years on the tools. Four plumbers, 40+ years of combined experience, and every job done or supervised by a licensed plumber.
Very prompt response to my initial web contact. The plumber arrived in the arranged time and the service was extremely professional and friendly. Cleaned up after the work finished.
Pink Plumbing provided great service from start to finish. Very professional and friendly, communicated clearly, and completed the job to a high standard. Really impressed.
Nick has helped me with full renovations as well as maintenance. Nothing has ever been a problem. The workmanship, response times and attitude have always been second to none.

No call-out fee in business hours. After-hours, weekend and emergency call-outs carry a call-out fee, always quoted upfront before we dispatch a plumber. Nothing about that changes because you are in one of the unit blocks near the station: the figure is agreed on the phone, before a plumber is sent.
We work out of Earlwood, and the run south down the Princes Highway puts us through St George most days, so it is a normal trip rather than a special one. Call 1300 111 007 and we will give you a realistic arrival window, or a straight answer if the day is already full.
A licensed plumber, or an apprentice working under one. We hold NSW plumbing licence 311287C and full insurance, and those details go on the paperwork. Whether it is a Sans Souci house near the Georges River or a Carlton semi behind the shops, the same licensing applies to every job we take on.
Often, yes, provided we can get the right unit and reach the old one. In the blocks near Hurstville, Kogarah and Wolli Creek stations the heater usually sits in a cupboard or on a balcony, so access and building rules get checked first. Call early and we will tell you what is realistic today.
A camera first, never guesswork. We run a CCTV inspection to find the blockage, clear it with a high-pressure jet blaster, then show you the footage so you can see the pipe. On the low-lying streets near Botany Bay the falls are flat and lines run slow, so the cause matters more than the quick clear.
We cover Hurstville, Kogarah, Rockdale, Carlton, Bexley, Kingsgrove, Peakhurst, Mortdale, Sans Souci and Wolli Creek, along with the streets in between. Not sure your suburb counts? Call 1300 111 007 and ask. We also take on larger jobs across greater Sydney when they need a bigger crew.
