No call-out fee during business hours on standard general plumbing jobs. We are open 7am to 6pm, seven days, with after-hours emergencies every night. If you need us after-hours, weekends or for an emergency, there's a call-out fee which we always quote upfront before dispatching a plumber. What we quote is what you pay.

Yes. We're licensed gas fitters. Gas hot water connections, cooktop installation, oven hookups, gas leak repairs, new gas runs and certificate of compliance work. All gas work is done by a licensed gas fitter and signed off properly.

Yes. We collect the right system from our supplier and complete a full replacement the same day. Gas, electric and heat pump systems all available. We'll explain your options before swapping, including upgrading to heat pump if it makes sense for your home.

Every time we're at your home for a job, we walk through and check the things that usually turn into emergency call-outs later.
