Beverly Hills sits where King Georges Road crosses Stoney Creek Road, with the station on the East Hills line and Kingsgrove on one side, Narwee on the other. From our Earlwood base it is a short run south along King Georges Road. Part of our St George service area.
Call 1300 111 007. Open 7am to 6pm, seven days.
Beverly Hills is mostly post-war brick on regular blocks, with unit blocks and newer duplexes gathered near the station and along King Georges Road.
Clay sewers and street trees. The original sewer lines under post-war Beverly Hills homes are earthenware, jointed every couple of metres, and the street trees planted with the houses have had decades to find those joints. We camera the line, clear the roots with a high-pressure jet blaster and show you the footage. Where the pipe itself has failed we reline that section rather than trench the front lawn. More on blocked drains.
Early copper and galvanised runs. Homes of this era were plumbed in galvanised steel or early copper. Galvanised rusts from the inside, so pressure fades and the water runs rusty after the house has been empty. Copper gets pinholes once it passes fifty, often in a hot line under the slab. We locate it properly before opening anything up. See leak detection.
Hot water working hard. A four-bedroom Beverly Hills house with two bathrooms runs a storage system hard, and most fail without much warning. We size the replacement honestly, gas, electric or heat pump, and handle the gas connection and the compliance certificate.
New units on old street mains. The apartment blocks near the station put modern fixtures onto services that were laid for houses. Pressure complaints, slow hot water and shared-line blockages follow. We work out whether the fault is in the unit, the building or the street before anyone starts cutting.
The King Georges Road strip runs on grease traps, gas and hot water, and the unit blocks behind it are strata. We handle both, scheduling commercial work around trading hours and telling strata managers plainly whether a fault sits in the lot or on common property. See commercial plumbing and strata plumbing.
Burst pipe, sewer backing up into the shower, no hot water, a gas smell: ring 1300 111 007, after hours too. After-hours, weekend and emergency call-outs carry a call-out fee, always quoted upfront before we dispatch a plumber.

Very prompt response to my initial web contact. The plumber arrived in the arranged time and the service was extremely professional and friendly. Cleaned up after the work finished.
Pink Plumbing provided great service from start to finish. Very professional and friendly, communicated clearly, and completed the job to a high standard. Really impressed.

Questions
Yes. Kitchen drains on a jet blasting schedule, hot water that keeps up with service, gas checked and certified, and emergency call-outs when something stops mid shift. We attend after hours by arrangement and send itemised invoices with photos. Ring 1300 111 007 in office hours to set it up.
On a post-war block it is nearly always tree roots in the original earthenware sewer. Clearing them fixes today's problem. A CCTV inspection shows where the pipe is broken, and relining that section is what stops it coming back.
No call-out fee in business hours. After-hours, weekend and emergency call-outs carry a call-out fee, always quoted upfront before we dispatch a plumber.
Usually the house. Galvanised pipe of this age closes up from the inside. We test pressure at the meter and inside so you know which it is before you spend anything.
Roots in the joints of an old clay sewer. Clearing it works until the roots grow back. We camera the line, jet it, show you the footage and reline the damaged length so the problem stops repeating.
Yes. We disconnect the old heater safely, fit the new appliance or cap the line, pressure test the whole run and lodge the compliance certificate for you. Every job is done or supervised by a licensed plumber.
