First Conversation

You call or email. We have a chat about what you're planning, what's confirmed, what's still in the design stage. If you don't have plans yet, we'll tell you what plumbing decisions to make before the designer is too far along. Sometimes that conversation saves you thousands.

Site Visit and Scope

We come and look at the space. Check what's behind the walls if we can, where the existing pipework runs, what's possible and what's harder than the designer thought. We give you the realistic options, not the easy "yes" that turns into a "no" three weeks in.

Itemised Quote

You get a fixed-price quote, broken down by stage and item. Rough-in. Fit-off. Materials. Gas work. Compliance. If you want to value-engineer, we can show you exactly where to cut. If you want top-end fittings, we can tell you which brands are worth the money.

Rough-in Stage

Once the demo is done, we come in for the rough-in. Pipework, drains, waste, gas lines, hot water connections, fixture positions. This is the stage where mistakes are expensive later, so we triple-check fixture positions with you before anything is buried. Notice of Work lodged. Photos taken before walls close up.

Fit-off Stage

After the tiler, after the cabinet maker, after the waterproofer. We come back to install the toilet, the vanity tapware, the shower fixtures, the kitchen sink, the appliances. Tidy, pressure-tested, gas tested, the lot.

Do you work with builders, designers and interior architects?

Yes. We work alongside Sydney builders, kitchen and bathroom designers and interior architects regularly. We can join you at the design stage to flag plumbing limitations early, or we can come in once plans are locked in. Trade rates available for ongoing partner relationships. Just ask.

Will you turn up when you said you would?

Do you provide compliance certificates?

Yes. All work is signed off with Notice of Work and Certificate of Compliance under NSW Fair Trading and Sydney Water requirements. Council and strata committees often ask for these. We provide them as standard, not as an extra.

It happens often, especially in older Sydney homes. Can you move my toilet, shower or sink to a new spot?

In most cases yes. There are floor slope limits on toilet relocation and certain heritage stack arrangements that need engineering input, but most relocations are achievable. We'll tell you what's possible at the quote stage so you can design with confidence.
