Burst Pipes and water leaks are responsible for the waste of millions of liters of water every year. 

A burst pipe is a common plumbing problem.It could be anywhere in your home (kitchen, bathroom, etc). You could be able to physically see it, or it might be somewhere out of sight like below the ground or within a wall. It can be a serious problem that could damage your home, and lead to an increased water bill due to the extra water being used.

How do I know if I have a burst pipe?

If you suspect you have a burst pipe that you can’t see, check your house to make sure no water is being used. Check all taps, washing machines, dishwashers and everything else that uses water. Turn everything off and then check your water meter. If it is still running this is a good indication there may be a burst pipe or leak. Again, turn off your water mains and give us a call!

Water Leaks

It is important to identify as possible where the leak is coming from. If you can physically see the leak then great! If the water is escaping at an alarming rate, make sure to turn off your water mains.

If you can’t see the leak check all taps and appliances, and check your water meter like above.
